Objective/Background: In 2020, I helped HUE connect with its customers via social media in the midst of the global pandemic. The marketing goal was to communicate a sense of normalcy and comfort during the COVID-19 shutdown. During this sensitive period, I developed the brand’s social media content strategy by utilizing UGC posts to share inspiration and wrote post copy with an emphasis on a playful, positive, and comforting tone.
